Bespoke Development Work

Although Feedback Data equipment is always designed with the highest levels of functionality, some clients may require bespoke modifications to, for example, the external casing or mode of operation. Where possible, this service provides for customisation of existing equipment from analysis and design through to manufacture and delivery of the device.

Bespoke Software

Demands on programming resource or temporary skills shortages may mean missed sales opportunities. Feedback Data is able to offer a complete analysis, design and development service to provide customised interfaces, drivers, etc. In addition, enhancements or modifications to the Company's Access Control software can also be undertaken.

Commissioning

Feedback Data is able to provide a full equipment commissioning and installation service in order to ensure trouble-free operation in the critical early stages of implementation. Technical Services

This service is provided over and above the standard support to help the reseller achieve the most from providing a data capture facility linked to their own software application. The areas covered include the selection of the most suitable equipment range for each application, achieving the best configuration and advising on programming and communication set up.

Training

This service is provided over and above the standard support to help reseller staff acquire the necessary skills to configure, program and install data capture units. Held either at reseller/customer premises or at Feedback Data's East Sussex offices, each course is individually tailored to suit the current knowledge levels and needs of the attendees.

Business Support

This new service offered to Feedback Data resellers, provides consultancy at a business level on incorporating data capture into the overall software application or individual client site. Following a detailed investigation, a full analytical report will be submitted to cover such areas as defining the exact data capture requirements and how to achieve the best fit for this within the environment.
