U-Log Rugged Terminal

The rugged u-Log terminal model is contained within a folded mild steel case with a 2x20 supertwist back-lit LCD and 256K of Flash memory. It is a robust terminal designed to survive in harsh environments.
The rugged u-Log has been designed to offer a simple, quick and ‘value-for-money’ unit for entering data in an enviroment that requires a little more protection than a plastic case. The terminal supports the FAMS protocol and can therefore operate on a common network with other Feedback Data terminals using this protocol.
It has a 8032 15MHz micro-processor, supports a range of media input technologies and has a 2x20 character back-lit LCD display and integral sounder to give single or multiple audible bleeps.
Customisation
The operation of a u-Log terminal can be customised by the selection of a number of programmed in sequences and the personalisation of lower line display prompts, to create individual FAMS compatible transactions. The terminals can be sent configuration files to validate entered data and display messages sent from the host to provide both on and off-line operation.
WARRANTY
All rugged u-Log terminals come with a one year return to factory warranty.
