Rugged
Programmable data capture terminals housed in a cast aluminium case finished in grey and slate blue. Supporting either FACT or FAMS protocols,
this range of terminals is designed for industrial and other demanding and hostile environments. The Rugged Series employs a powerful
V55 micro-processor and is capable of a wide selection of media input technologies.
In addition to having a fully adjustable audio sounder, the 2x40 VFD is clearly visible in a wide variety of lighting conditions.
The Rugged Series has been designed to allow an MS-DOSŪ style .EXE file to be downloaded and executed from within the terminal.
This powerful facility enables the Rugged Series to be customised to suit virtually any application.

RS6A - Programmable terminal with cast aluminium case, alpha/numeric keypad with 12 function keys, 256K of battery-backed memory,
6x40 LCD and UPS (3 hours). Interface capabilities, 1 RS232 or RS485 interface, 2 relay outputs and 1 external reader input.
Integral slot reader. The terminal has 2 opto inputs.
RS2A - Programmable terminal with cast aluminium case, alpha/numeric keypad with 12 function keys, 256K of battery-backed memory,
2x40 VFD and UPS (2 hours). Interface capabilities, 1 RS232 or RS485 interface, 2 relay outputs and 1 external reader input.

external reader input.
