The American subsidiary was established over 30 years ago to provide a local supply, implementation and support service for North America. Originally incorporated in New Jersey, the company is now based near RTP in North Carolina, one of the fastest growing regions in the USA.

Feedback Incorporated markets and sells products to vocational schools, community and technical colleges, universities and industrial training organisations throughout the USA and Canada through its network of direct sales personnel and representatives. It complements the Feedback Instrument product range by supplying equipment from a number of other specialist manufacturers of educational and training systems from around the world.

In addition to its sales and marketing functions, Feedback Incorporated also develops related courseware for the North American market and provides after sales and technical support for all products manufactured within the Feedback group.
